About Sue-perb Desserts
Sue-perb Desserts is the brain-child of Sue Crawford. A dedicated "foodie" for many years now, Sue first began to take her love of cooking and baking seriously when her husband started a degree which left many evenings and weekends to fill. Sue undertook cookery courses with Panache Cookery, Fairyhouse Cookery School and with Darina Allen at the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shanagarry, Co Cork.
After cooking and baking for friends and family for years, Sue decided that there was a distinct opening in the market for good quality homemade desserts, cakes and tray bakes made from the very finest of ingredients, delivered direct to your door. The emphasis in Sue-perb Desserts is on delivering a quality, home-made product to the customer. Subscribing to the Ballymaloe philosophy, Sue-perb Desserts use only the best ingredients available and where possible, seasonal produce, locally sourced.
